decent stay but room for improvement

The garden view from my room was stunning, providing a tranquil escape. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, which made the overall atmosphere welcoming. The staff, particularly in food and beverage, were courteous and attentive, showcasing genuine hospitality.

Unfortunately, the beach area did not meet expectations and felt uninviting.

The kids loved the water park and the animation team made our stay fun. The room cleanliness could be improved.

The welcoming staff genuinely remembered our drink preferences, creating a personal touch during our stay. Enjoying the variety of pools was a highlight, perfect for lounging and relaxation. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. we encountered several ants, and the bedding was not changed regularly. Additionally, the dining options were rather limited, leading to a few stomach issues during our visit. Overall, there's potential, but significant improvements are necessary.

The beach is gorgeous, perfect for sunbathing. I loved the variety of pools. They were well maintained and spacious. The garden views from my room were lovely. An excellent experience! 🌴

Had an awesome time with friends! The resort offers plenty of activities from morning till night, and we loved the diving and snorkeling options. The kids' pool was perfect for our younger buddies. We checked out the romantic dinners by the beach—definitely a highlight for couples.

We had some trouble getting fresh towels during our stay. Had to ask the cleaners a few times for toilet paper.

The pools are lovely, perfect for relaxing.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. floors were not vacuumed.

I had the most fabulous time at this resort! The aqua park was a blast Not to mention, the beach access was very nice-soft sand, gentle waves, and fine sunsets to top it off!

Unforgettable Family Experience!

Our family had a fantastic time here! The animation team made our stay special, especially during the lively beach activities. The kid-friendly pool was a hit, and the themed dinner nights offered delicious dishes, making every meal a treat! Make sure to join the sunset yoga sessions.

The Standard Double or Twin Room was just fine. It felt clean enough, but I wish the staff had changed the sheets more often. The bathroom had some issues with the cleanliness too, but it was manageable. The garden view was nice and added a bit of charm to the room. It was comfy for resting after long days, so can’t complain too much.

I had a lovely time, especially enjoying the vibrant pools and the great variety of food options! The desserts were a real treat, and I loved the kids' water slides. Though it wasn't as modern as in the photos, I would definitely return for the family-friendly atmosphere!

Request extra water bottles at check-in for your stay, as the hotel only provides limited daily water.
